Order Processing Time:

We take pride in creating your unique items. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. This time allows us to carefully prepare, personalize (if applicable), quality-check, and package your items with love. Please note that during peak seasons (like holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

The shipping method is typically Standard Shipping.

The shipping method will be selected at checkout, with options that may include Economy and Standard.

The availability of specific shipping methods may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Speed:

Delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are calculated by the shipping carrier. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 2 – 5 business days
  • CANADA
  • Standard Shipping: Typically 10 – 30 business days
  • REST OF THE WORLD

Please understand that these timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and do not include our order processing time.

Handling Delays or Service Interruptions:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays or service interruptions by the shipping carriers can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, logistical issues). We are not responsible for these delays. However, we will do our best to:

  • Provide you with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • Communicate any significant delays that are brought to our attention by the carrier.
  • Assist you in contacting the carrier to inquire about the status of your package.

What to Do If an Item Arrives Late or Damaged:

  • Late Items: If your item is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking information. If you still have concerns, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in investigating with the carrier.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or a refund. Please retain all original packaging materials if the item is damaged, as the carrier may require them for inspection.

Returns and Cancellations:

  • Returns: As many of our items are personalized and made to order, we typically only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or there was an error in the personalization that was our mistake. If you wish to return a non-personalized item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return with details and photos if applicable. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.  Once we receive and inspect the returned non-personalized item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been sent for production. Once the order is in production, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.
