Returns of Personalized and Custom Items:

Because many of our items are personalized and created specifically for you, we typically only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order through our contact us form with your order number and clear photos of the damage to both the item and the packaging. We will work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
  • Personalization Errors: If there was a mistake in the personalization of your item that was due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order through our contact us page with your order number and clear photos of the error. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Returns of Non-Personalized Items:

If you wish to return a non-personalized item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and details about why you wish to return the item, along with photos if applicable. The following conditions apply to returns of non-personalized items:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • All original tags and accessories must be included.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned non-personalized item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 – 10 business days.

Cancellations:

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been sent to production. Once the order is in production, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.
